Happy Sunday!
This will be my last blog for the Manors. I find it necessary to leave The Manors at Valley Ranch and seek employment elsewhere. I do plan to stay in the industry because there is nothing more I love than helping people find the perfect home for themselves and their families.

In The New Model
We have officially moved into the new model. It is so nice being down here where the action is.
This week we finished the new foundation, and poured the concrete of our next building. The Kensington is already sold. If you are interested in the Sheffield or any of the others give me a call, or better yet come see me this weekend!
Please look at the side of this blog. I have added new pictures for your pleasure. There are pictures of our new model, the completed Sheffield, and the Windsor.

$10,000.00 for FREE UPGRADES
We have poured the foundation for our new building #18. In celebration we are giving $10,000.00 in Free Upgrades. We are about ready to start up with the framing. At this point you can choose everything that will go into your new custom town home.
I only have 2 town homes remaining in our first building in Phase II. If you are needing a home that is within 30 days of completion please come see these. If you have a friend looking please send them. We are giving a $2,000.00 referral.
Moving day is today, Weds. July 22. I am moving into the new model. After tomorrow come see me at my new address 631 Rockingham. It will take us a couple of days to get settled. I will send an invitation through my blog next week for everyone to come see!!

Check out the new pictures of the completed Windsor and Kensington. These are sold, but I wanted everyone to be able to see how beautiful they are. You can purchase these homes in future buildings.

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY
With all the bad news in the media about the economy things are great at The Manors at Valley Ranch. In most states the values have dropped dramatically. The Dallas area is said to have dropped only 3%. However, at the Manors our values have not only held they have increased. We have had several re-sales that sold for more than the buyer originally paid. These buyers purchased at the beginning of Phase I. We are now at the beginning of Phase II, and these homes are appraising in excess of our sales price!
This is the time to buy! We are at the beginning of Phase II, interest rates are still low, and our prices are great.
These Phase II homes are truly luxury town homes. I have three right now that have granite, lots of crown molding, hand scraped wood floors, coffee bars in the master bedrooms, fire places in many of the master bedrooms, one with a huge gameroom and wet bar, jetted tubs with dramatic columns, custom and maple cabinets, pre-wired for home automation, over sized patios, balconies, and beautiful views of North Dallas.

INTEREST RATES CONTINUE TO RISE
Things are starting to move quickly here at The Manors. Our new building 17 is about 30 days from completion. The paver stone patios and driveways will be going in next week. If you have not been out to see them lately you should come. They are beautiful, very open, bright, and luxurious.
In building 17 the Windsor and Sheffield have sold. The Kensington is my new model. This leaves the Chelsey, Winston, and Avon. Please visit http://www.themanorsatvalleyranch.com/ to see these three floor plans.
The model has sold leaving the Manchester at 844 Rockingham and the Kent at 800 Rockingham. These are our only 2 remaining homes that are complete and ready to be moved into at this time.
