Things are starting to move quickly here at The Manors. Our new building 17 is about 30 days from completion. The paver stone patios and driveways will be going in next week. If you have not been out to see them lately you should come. They are beautiful, very open, bright, and luxurious.
In building 17 the Windsor and Sheffield have sold. The Kensington is my new model. This leaves the Chelsey, Winston, and Avon. Please visit http://www.themanorsatvalleyranch.com/ to see these three floor plans.
The model has sold leaving the Manchester at 844 Rockingham and the Kent at 800 Rockingham. These are our only 2 remaining homes that are complete and ready to be moved into at this time.
Building 18 is scheduled to break ground in three weeks. The town homes that will be available in this building are the Chelsey, Kensington, Sheffield, Chadwick, Madison. If you are looking for a smaller floor plan you will love the Chadwick and Madison.
