HAPPY 4TH OF JULY

With all the bad news in the media about the economy things are great at The Manors at Valley Ranch. In most states the values have dropped dramatically. The Dallas area is said to have dropped only 3%. However, at the Manors our values have not only held they have increased. We have had several re-sales that sold for more than the buyer originally paid. These buyers purchased at the beginning of Phase I. We are now at the beginning of Phase II, and these homes are appraising in excess of our sales price!

This is the time to buy! We are at the beginning of Phase II, interest rates are still low, and our prices are great.
