Our Texas Winter Weather

Dear Fans of The Manors at Valley Ranch,

Because of the rain and ice we experienced all week long our construction was halted. I had hoped to take all of you who expressed interest in seeing the new floor plans we are building in phase 2 through this weekend. Unfortunately, that will have to be postponed. Let's aim for next weekend!

Remember... if there is a particular home you are interested in you may want to come in and put a 7 day hold on it. There will only be 6 homes to move into the end of April. Please do not miss out.

There are 3 remaining "Ready for Move-In" homes. If immediate move in is not good for you... I have a $2,000. referral bonus for anyone who refers a buyer directly to me (sorry no realtors), and they purchase and close on their new town home here in The Manors at Valley Ranch.
