Building #17 is now on it's way up! These wonderful homes will be ready for move-in around the end of April. REMEMBER...There is only one of each of the following floor plans in this building, Chelsey, Kensington (our model), Sheffield, Winston, Windsor, Avon. That is only 6 homes for move-in the end of April.
If you are interested in any of these you need to come in NOW while you can still purchase one, plus you can still choose most of what you want to go into your home! All our homes have fabulous views of North Dallas from your balcony!!!
There is an option of putting a 7 day hold on the home of your choice with a $500. deposit. I will be able to start walking you through the new building in another week.
Remember...when they are gone they are gone! Another building will not start until April, and it will have different floor plans.
Do not forget our completed homes. We only have 4 remaining in our CLOSE-OUT priced town homes. One is our model!!! The pictures on the side of this blog are of the model.
