Sheffield "SOLD"

Hello!

Traffic and sales are picking up. Looks like the public is finally figuring out that Texas is really in good shape! Interest rates are still at their lowest since 1965! Don't let the rates or the first time home buyers $8,000. incentive get away from you.

For those of you who were interested in the Sheffield in the new building...it is sold! There will be a Sheffield in the next building that is scheduled to be completed in Sept.-Oct.

Please look at the pictures on the side of this blog. I have a few photos of our new townhomes. They are fabulous. As you can see they are very open. Custom building truly makes a big difference. You still have time to choose your own flooring, and maybe a few other items depending where we are in the build cycle.
