This is one of the best times in history to buy! Interest rates are still close to all time lows, and the government is giving anyone who has not owned a home in the last 3 years $8,000. that does not have to be paid back.
We are in one of the best areas in the US to own homes. From a report in the Dallas Morning News dated March 19, 2009 our values have only decreased 3% compared to a national percentage of 27. When the economy turns around we will be sitting in a great place for appreciation. Mr. Bernanke is predicting a turn around by the end of the year!
The sheet rock is going up as you read this blog. It will be completed next week. Those of you who have been waiting to see the homes with the sheet rock need to come out now. I have already sold 3 homes in the new buildings.
Don't forget I have a $2,000. referral fee to anyone who sends a friend to me, they purchase, and close. These have to be direct referrals to me with no realtor. That's a lot of money folks for telling a friend about a beautiful place to live!
