I am very happy to announce that I have a new program for those of you that have a home to sell before you can buy. I have a company that will give you a written quote on your existing home, will market it, and help you get it sold. If it does not sell they will purchase the home from you. GUARANTEED! This will help those of you who wish to be in the September building. They need 3 months to work on selling your home.

If you choose to purchase in the September building you will have the opportunity to completely decorate your home. That is an exciting time, and we have a beautiful design center with the best of professional decorators.

Our new building is coming along beautifully. We had some changes we needed to make on these new floor plans, but sheet rock should be completed by March 20.
